Out of my league

Hello,
I wrote my first commercial vb app and shipped it to my client last week. This app automates PPt., Excel, and Access from a vb interface. The Problem: My client can't get it to run. He is running Win98 w/ office97 and no visual studio. I am running Win98se and office 2000 w/ visual studio and the thing ran beautifully. I get the feeling that we erred with the package and deployment wizard, and didn't include some crucial files, maybe a dll. When my client runs the program, PPt. won't open. Needless to say this seriously affects any efforts to manipulate PPt from vb. I am a novice, so if this question is too off the wall please let me know. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I believe it is because your clients are using an older version of Microsoft Office while you are using a newer version.
What this means is that you are using two different DLLs.
If you wish for your clients to use your program you should use the older version of the DLL in your project.

Good Luck
