TASKBAR API

Is there an API or ANY code that will completely hide taskbar.. or put the form over the taskbar...

I've attached a file that will remove/replave the taskbar. Command button2 removes it, command button1 gets it back again.
Note: The user can still access the taskbar and start button by pressing alt-tab and ctrl-esc so you may want to disable these..
