Can any One please tell me the basics of creating a 2D game beacuse I can't even get directX to installize correctly mainly beacuse the Tutorial im reading is in latin or somthing... and google doesn't translate to english very well. so Im wondering if any one can make a tutorial here on making a 2d game in VB.net 2005 I also Have VB 6.0 and VC++ 6.0 But I don't know C++ just yet.
{also when I say 2d I am meaning like Mario type ones with a platForm or like Sonic wich ever you prefer.}
