Flexgrid

I am looking for information on how to set the column width of a flexgrid in the formatstring property. I am also looking for someone who knows how to accomplish the following:

Allow a user to rearrange the columns in a flexgrid. Easy, however, when they click on the fixed row to rearrange the columns, a copy of the cell that they clicked on is moved with the mouse until it is repositioned. The copy is transparent but has a transparent blue background to it. Any ideas?

For the column width thing, you could just set the header to a bunch of spaces. The flexgrid should autosize to that width.

I am looking for the syntax so that I can save the flexgrid each time the users customize their grid. Thanks.

In that case, just use the colwidth property.
