drawing outside of the window.

uhg. i'm sorry i have to ask this question cause i know its prolly gonna be over my head. but how hard is it to draw out side of the form? like, what would be involved. I perfer to not use api or any really crazy routines if possible of course. :D but its pretty important. i'm working on my own balloon tip control (in place of the default help provider) and its turning out sweet so far.. but it wont do much good if you cant see it cause the form size is too small and hides it :huh:

Have you considered having an extra form for the balloon? It seems like certain properties of the balloon tip would be form-based (such as a close button and being on top).
