Where to find good help with the GDI?

I'm trying to find some info on picture manipulation. Now I found 1 tutorial about color manipulation for pictures and it's a nice tut. But where do I go now? I don't even know how to resize an image, though that ought to be mega-simple : /. I looked for tutorials on that but didn't find any. Is there maybe a nice book I can buy? A tutorial on lots of GDI+ stuff I can read? I'm really looking for some big collection with just a little info about what all the classes and methods do.
If you can't direct me anywhere, maybe you can just tell me how to resize an image? : D TNX!.
