Groupbox's text doesn't break the border

My question is how to make the text to break the border. In Visual basic 6 this happened automatically. The border of the groupbox goes over the text and every "T" in text looks like "I".

The text should be automatically breaking the border of the groupboix. If you add a new groupbox to the form, is it breaking the border?

No it doesn't. When I downloaded somebody else's ready made project it broke the border after I had built it to exe, but when I start from empty project it doesn't brake the border afer build.
