I'm learning how to Prog with VB right now
but i own a copy of Visual C++ and i figure i'll ask
about it.
Can you Teach C to Yourself?
Do i have everything i Need With Visual C++ i.e. Compiler?
Should i waste my time with C?
Do you know where i can find a good tutorial?

Should i waste my time with C? Not if you really consider it "wasting your time". I would disagree with that, however.
Do you know where i can find a good tutorial? Seach the web. Tons of c/c++ tutorials out there. Lots of excellent books out there too. Try a bookstore, or someplace like amazon.com

by putting in code then Compiling or if theres a different name for those actions then so be it.

and wasting my time was just a figure of speech.
I don't put meaning to my words. I just say them to ping Brains and get what ever response there is. I leave answering to the person. That way i get two answers. One relevent and one not.

I learned the last few years 7 coding-languages .. . without ANY education . .. so YES . .it is possible :)
