Inns setup Question, Readme file and PC restart option

How to make an option in innosetup to have readme file in the end. Also How to get the option for user to restart his PC after install is finished

I understand it is not a vb question, but I will appreciate that if I get answer for my problem. I spend hours already, searched everywhere and finally I am asking in this my old freindly forum.
