Hello,
I have a program I wrote that uses a Microsoft Access database as its back end. The databases is a huge database. When I go to run my reports I created that only shows a few records in the database it has no problem but when I try to run a report that shows all the records in the database it locks up and the program no longer responds. The funny thing is it only does it in Windows 98. In Windows 2000 it has no problem. I have installed DCOM98 like it told me to when I created my package. I just can't seem to figure it out. I need my program to run on Windows 98 or I wouldn't care. Any help you can send my way would be very appreciated.

Well i have no solution to your problem but i've experienced
the same situation. Win95/98 has no good memory management.
When using another database like MSDE or SQL-Server it's works
better but not as good as on NT 4/Win 2000.

I've just recently used reports for my front-end VB project. I was told to note that using reports for MASSIVE databases, is well, just not on, as you have experienced.
Only use reports for small databases.
Can you not just print them out instead?
