form problem

i have created a online form. you fill it out and it submits it to another .asp page. thats it.., but after i get the confirmation after i submit, i can press back on the browser and change some info and press submit again , and it will submit the info that was prevous. Is there a way to clear the memory?

Add headers to your page that tell the browser to clear the cache.
