Problem With My Directx Catalogue

I have a Catalogue made with DirectX, the problem is when I stsrt the program this looks good, and suddenly closes !, even Visual Basic is closed, This start since I include sounds. Pleas check my code and tell me what is the problem.

I tried the program but it doesn't vrash on my computer maybe your video card is playing up. Try compiling it and running it on another computer.

BTW. You should add a mute button because the music is very loud and can become annoying if you have to listen to it over and over again

Tanks for take a look to my program, the problem is solved, I find other tutorial od DirectMusic and this not crashes my program, Tanks for you comment, and yes I think too about mute button, How are my Catalogue, is regular, good or excellent !

what did you do to fix it? I'm having the same problem but I'm not using any sounds or music

and it only closes for some people... others and myself it works fine :-/
and they've tried to upgrade directx to see if that helps, but it didn't
