TreeView in Web Forms

This answer seems pretty clear - but just in case I'm dense - .Net 2003 doesn't have TreeView, only 2005, right?

That is correct. .NET 1.1 (VS 2003) does not have a built in TreeView control.

.Net Framework 2.0 does, and you can use 2.0 with 2003.
