Is there a way to dynamically resize controls on a windows form?

I have a application which has a tab control with 4 tabs. Is it possible to resize the tab control and a webbrowser control on one of the tabs when I make the form itself smaller by tragging the border?

Have you looked at the Dock and Anchor properties?
