How to use VBscript to read range of line??

I want to use the VBscript to read the text file.
I know use method 'Readline' or 'ReadAll' to read one line or all file.
But how to read the range of position for the line, who know?

Just to be clear, are you using VBScript (a scripting language), VB6 (Open File For ...), or VB.NET (using things like FileStreams and such)
