Does anyone know how I can change the text on the status bar of the MDI form?

You mean the caption bar?
If so use the .Caption property.

Not the caption, I mean the text in the status bar (at the bottom of the MDI form). The default text is "status".

There is no status bar that appears at the bottom of the MDI form by default....you must have added a status bar control. If so, you can probably click on it to change the properties.

By the way, how do I add my personal icons in the toolbar of the MDI form? I tried clicking on the "properties" of the but there's no toolbar icons in the ImageList. How can I add those icons to the ImageList?
