microsoft speech sdk

i downloaded microsoft speech sdk to make a talking app when i created it i need to goto Project/References and add microsoft speech object library the it lets u make the app but i want to know what i have to send with the file to distribute the talking app when send by it self it says activex component cannot be found

You need to distribute whatever DLL or OCX is being referenced by your application. You can open up your .vbp file in a text edito such as Notepad and look at what is listed in the References section. Or, you can use the Package and Deployment Wizard to create a proper install for you (recommended).

is this some sort of directory or where do i find these files

Looks like sapi.dll is the extra file.
