Adding that Navigator Thing

I just converted from Visual Studio 03' to 05' and I have no idea how to add that side tool bar that adds picture boxes labels and so on. XD sorry it must be a stupid question but it must be oo simple a question for it to be on the forum nor' on the Visual Studio help file.

Hover over the 'Toolbox' tab on the top left, then when it appears, click the 'Pin' to keep it there.
