well I dont know if this was posted before but many people might look for a programm (other then the complicated Package & Deployment Wizard) to make a setup.exe for your programm
well I found this cool programm (its freeware) called "InnoSetup",
it can be found
here (http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php)
I thought you would like to check it out and it really is a very nice programm and very easy to deal with.
If you want, the moderators might pin this topic :D

If you had bothered to do a search on Inno, you would have
found about 150 threads. I suggest you try searching before
making this type of post in the future.

Thinker ... you and other moderators/administrators might not agree with this, but I would like to give you my opinion on this thread.
While it might be true that this subject is a common one and has been posted about 150 times, that fact is that Sh4rk is not asking a question. Sh4rk posted this thread for no other reason but to inform people who don't know about InnoSetup to take a look at it.
I personally don't only read this form to get answers to my questions, but I feel I also learn by reading other peoples problems and comments. I would never have known about InnoSetup if this thread wasn't posted, because I never would have searched for InnoSetup randomly (obviously). This would be completely different if they posted a question about InnoSetup, because they could have searched first, but instead it was just an informative comment.
Any way, if you don't agree then that's okay, but I just thought I'd let you know the point of view from a beginners stand point.

I don't see how one could read the threads on this forum and not have seen Inno mentioned. Seems like I see a reference to it twice a day.... :-\

This is the reason I responded as I did. Had it been an answer to
someone's question, it would have just passed as yet another
plug for Inno. If every fact that someone might not be aware of
were randomly posted in unasked for threads here, we would be
so overwhelmed with threads that no one would be able to find
anything. Keeping knowledge in as compact a form as possible in
this kind of format is one of the main problems we have in doing
effective moderation.
We have a thread just for links to handy VB tools at the top of
Tutor's Corner. Inno is in there, along with many other great VB
tools.

Sorry, I've never been a moderator on a web forum, so I didn't realize. Point well taken! :)

There is even a small tutorial (http://visualbasicforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22267) about Inno Setup in the Tutors Corners (http://visualbasicforum.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=8)
