Asynchronous printer spool watching (NT/2000/XP only)

Demonstrates the use of FindFirstPrinterChangeNotification, WaitForMultipleObjects, FindNextPrinterChangeNotification and associated data structures and constants needed to recieve all the different possible printer change notifications on a Windows NT/2000/XP system.

Posted to save anyone else going through the mad number of GPFs before I got this working!....

Any ideas on how to make a cleaner version of the LPCSTR function? I don't like having those strings kept in the array if not needed but just using StrPtr on a local variable GPFed every time.
