VB6 and the USB, WMI ??

Hi all,

this is my first post, i am using the WMI to extract some info from devices connected on the USB.

What i am looking for is example coding to detect when somethingis plugged into the USB prefereably using WMI watch events.

I can post code that i am using if required. I am having difficulty getting the WMI events working.

Anyone Please, i am able to get drive letter , physical drive serial number , caption etc etc through the WMI but i cant get the WMI watcher event working.

Surely in this fabulous group there is someone with the skills to help ?
