In Outlook, Being asked to save VBA always

Ok, newby alert.
I create an outlook 2003 macro.
Works pretty good minus a couple glitches.

But... every single time I open Outlook and exit, having made no changes to anything (just open and straight ahead exit), it gives me the prompt:

Do you want to save the VBA project 'VbaProject.OTM'?

I of course say yes, Outlook ends, but am asked this every time I exit Outlook.

Any ideas what is going on???
