hey
i by a mistake made my cursor the wait cursor in the form1 properties window. and now i can get i back. when i try the text were the cursor you have selected just turns bold...
can some one help me

Is this a VB4-6 question?
Are you talking about the MousePointer property, or the MouseIcon property.
I would assume the MousePointer property should not be a problem, since you would just select "0 - Default".
And the MouseIcon property should have no effect unless you set MousePointer property to "99 - Custom".
I don't see where "text" bolding comes into play.
Perhaps you're using one of the VB.Net (2003, 2005, 2008, etc) versions, in which case your question should be on the .Net side of the forum, although there I'm not sure why you would be having a problem.
Generally, the Bold text just indicates a property that has been changed, and not saved.
If you click on the Cursor property, you should get a dropdown arrow in the value field and be able to choose another cursor from the dropdown list when you click on the arrow button.
