Router Died

The site was down most of the day today because a router died. This was a Cisco 675 and I didn't and still don't have a replacement. I did some network rerouting to get the site back up. The jury rigging I did is not very stable and I won't be able to get a replacement until next week so the site might be a little unstable.

It just never ends and sometimes I don't know if the headache of running a website is worth it. All the hardware is new as far as servers go and I thought this would make it easy on me to keep the site going. Now I have network problems to contend with. I planned on moving the site over to the new pipe this weekend. That plan is now on hold until I get the router replaced.

Sorry about the downtime today and any that we have in the next week.

It went down 2 more times and I'm trying my best to keep it up. Unfortunately I leave tommorrow for Indianapolis on a trouble call and won't be able to bring her back up when she goes down. It's going to be a rough week I can see that now.
