bad performance in resizing a form

I'm at, what I *think*, is the current version of the VB 6 runtime. There was a service pack 6 cumulative update, see http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=CB824E35-0403-45C4-9E41-459F0EB89E36&displaylang=en and for details, see the kb article, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/957924

Anyways, I've noticed that simply resizing a form is really slow and takes up 100% of the CPU. Isn't that strange? I'm talking about a blank project, no code at all. This is just a "Standard EXE" with the default form present, and them compiled. This is even simpler than a "hello world" with a button.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

Nope, not before, during or after any VB6 update.

Good luck
