vb6 crashing

hi guys,
i have a problem that whe in try and add component controls to my vb project it crashes vb6.exe 30111 30110, vb6 works fine unless i try to add a component on vista , any ideas what might be causing this?

Do you run VB6 as administrator (elevated) ?
