I tried to fit a nice tiny logo; which is a Windows .bmp file, into my tripod page. Suddenly the page got HUUUGE, with like scrollbars appearing on the sides and everything. Wow.
So, I went into Paint and resized the image - I mean the logo itself is tiny - so I shrunk the whole "image attributes" width and height to like 100x200 pixels or so. Then I resaved and re-uploaded the file to my tripod site.
It didn't seem to do the trick. Either an unnecessarily huge image space appears, with my logo occupying the teeny-tiny top corner; OR, I get the dreaded red "x."
What is the best way to make my tiny logo appear on my page, occupying no more space than it needs to?
thanks
