Printing with tab

I know the tag <BR> which can be used for printing line break. Is there any tag for tab?

Thanks for your reply. But this will give not help when the text is of varying length as the spacing between them is three spaces always. Any idea how to align the columns in such cases?

A trick to get codes to show up that would otherwise be
translated by the system is to insert a set of empty bold tags
somewhere inside. To get this to show, I changed it to
