Deployment PROBS

Hello friends!! Well i have a problem that i have developed a project in VB 6.0 and have used Crystal Report 8.5. Now its not getting Deployed properly. I have used the Package and Deployment wizaed BUT its not working . I am trying to install in the Win 98 PC and its giving error while registering some files of crystal report. I want this package to be installed in Win98/Win2000.
Can anyone suggest some ideas inthis?? Any other setup software can be utilised for a professional setup of the software.
