Wait for mail

hi guys i have made a code in excel that when all is done will send an email to

dmostert@ewation.co.za

now i want to send a mail after the above mentioned adrees received 4 mails and all bodys will contain : Time Caulculated

and then send a mail to onother user whith body :
Subjet = Time Caulculated
body = "Hi," (enter here if posible)
"The time for" + the subjects of the 4
mails (subject mail1, subject mail2, subject mail3 & subject mail)
+ "has been calculated and is ready for backup or to be culated
into the Trinity workbook."

i have no idea whre to begin and any post would be appreshehated

All i still need to do is devine my rule correct.
So this is what i do :

Tools → Rules and Alerts → New Rule... → Start Fram a blank rule - Check messages when they arrive → Next → From people or distribution list,

and the add the people but oulook adds an "or" i want an "and" i created a distribution list but oulook gives me an error "dislist is a personal distribution list that may not be used......."

what can i do here
