SetUp for all windows operating systems

hi,
I want to create setup of VB application using package and deployment wizard, which can run on any operating system
like window9x,winnt4,xp,windows 2000 professional,windows 2000 server etc.

pls. suggest me:
what are things i have to take care before making setup.
so that i can run on above said operation systems.

To my knowledge all installers can run on all Windows versions starting with Windows95

If it is an application that uses DataAccess components or some
ActiveX controls (like the Windows Common Controls) or DCOM/
MTS/COM+, you will have a very difficult job creating just one
instal that works from win95 to winXP (at least with P&DW).
