data report

Hi,
I have one table in oracle, which contain colums in this format
SchoolRegNo SchoolName StudentRegNo Result
1 ABC School 100001 Pass
2 DEF School 100002 Fail
1 ABC School 100003 Fail
2 DEF School 100004 Pass
3 GHi School 100005 Fail
2 DEF School 100006 Fail
Now, I want a report with fullfilling the following condision
1. Studentregno who have passed must come as per schoolregNo
2. All schoolregno must come with passed studentregno
3.each schoolname must shown seperatly in the datareport
