Hi everyone,

I recently compiled my program with the "packaging and deployment wizard' when I try to run the setup files to install it on any computer (including the one i designed it on) i keep getting this funky error. Anyone know what this means?

The file 'C:\......\msftqws.pdw\$(DLLSelfRegisterEX)' could not be registered because it was not found.

what the heck is msftqws.pdw?

Help!

Try reinstalling Vb. I got an error once when I tried compiling, I just reinstalled and it worked.

It isn't a file. This is a bug. The msftqws.pdw is actually the name
of a temporary directory the P&DW uses to unpack the Cab(s).
Take a look at the article and see if it relates...
