Anyone know of any GOOD websites out there that teach you how to make tables the right way by teaching people how to set the td width and tr width etc...

The one at w3schools.com is alright but anyone know of a better one.

Or if you don't can you please help me on setting the width and height of tables. I get frustrated just playing around with them.

Tables, table rows and table cells do NOT have height attributes. They are not part of the HTML 4.0 specification. With that said all of the major browsers support them anyway...

The proper way to specify a table or table cell height is by using styles:

<td width="100%" style="height: 100%;"></td>

The same applies to table elements.
