ImageMap control - with scrolling

New Image Map control - emulates the functionality of a HTML client side image map in Visual Basic allowing you to define clickable regiosn (rectangular, elliptical or polygonal) on an image that generate MouseOver and MouseClick events.

Now supports scrollbars which move the image map and any contained controls it has as appropriate, while maintaining the clickable regions' offset.
