error: 'COMDLG32.OCX'

I have made this program that connects 2 computers using there ips but when i try to run it on my friend's computer it comes up with this error:

component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

but when i run it on my computers it works fine(all my computers have VB installed) how do i fix this so anyone can just download it and use?

You should create an installer for your program first.
VB comes standard with the Package & Deployment Wizard.

Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Visual Basic 6 -> Microsoft Visual Basic Tools -> Package & Deployment Wizard

If you have visual studio 6.0.

Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 -> Microsoft Visual Studio6.0 Tools -> Package & Deployment Wizard

OR

you can get it from VB
Add-Ins--> Add-In Manager
