I'm tring to create a dynamic webpage using vb's usercontrol form. Is there a way I can navigate to a page without opening a new window? Also is there a way I can pass data from the webpage to the usercontrol.

You can use the UserControl just as you would any form - so via the Winsock or Inet controls you can download any page you want without moving from the current one.
If you want to actually alter the current location, you can do it via JS or VBS wrapped in an event which your control can raise (I think that's how you do it).
To pass data from the page to the usercontrol, you can either call methods of the usercontrol, or pass in parameters via the <PARAM> tag inside the <OBJECT> tag. Try searching this forum, this topic has been discussed before.
