Data Report Problems

I have created a new Data Report with a Data Environment using Access97 as my database. When each line of records are displayed in the report there is a large space between each one, like line spacing has been set to 2 or 3 but I cannot find any place to set line spacing. Can anyone tell me what has happened. I tried deleting my Data Report and start a new one in case I did some thing wrong but I still have the problem. Please help!

Hello,

Data report is divided into various sections. Normally u display the data in the display section. To remove any extra space between two lines just pull up the lower grid of the details section ( which will be the upper grid of the the section 4.
