Executing a program with ASP

I want to activate an program called program.exe from ASP

Do I open an ActiveX dll, and use a shell statement?

Sorry about the basic question, but I am new to the world of ASP

Use the object shell.

set wshell = server.createobject("wscript.shell")
wshell.run "c:\program.exe"

Why - that's easy!
