Hi Experts,

Depending on a database, page1 lets the user do something including update records in that database (For different content in the database, page1 will allow the user do different job). It will go to page2 after the job. Fine.

However, after update the database, if the user go back to page1 by clicking the Back menu, page1 wont reflect the change in the database and will still let the user do the original job, the wrong job in this time!

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Please let me know if my question is not clear.

Thank you in advance.

What kind of cursor are you using when you open your recordset? If your using a Static cursor, then the user will not be able to see any changes made in the database. They will only be able to see the information that was available when the recordset was originally created. This doens't exactly fit your description, since you mentioned that you CAN update the database, which I don't think you can do with a static cursor. Are you sure your database is reflecting the changes made?

Just a though. That's all I can think of.
