Saving a form

I have data contain in a MSFlexGrid. I would like to know how to write code in order to save the form on which this MSFlexGrid is contained and then view them again when i open the file as a stand alone form.
I would also like to be able to print this stand alone form. How can I do this?

1- Save As a New Form
2- Create a Brand New Project
3- Remove the default form in the project
4- Add existing form (the new form ) to the project
5- Set the new form as the default start up form
6- Save the new project as your new application
Whenever you open the new project and run it, the form you like acts as designed (unless it need other classes and standard modules or references).
