From Web to Flexgrid

I dont know if this is possible, I have search thru the forum and havent seen anything like this. What i wanna do is take the information form a table on a webpage and import them to a flexgrid. If i cant do this thru code it would be great, if not, is it possible to highlite the table on the webpage and cut and paste them into a flex grid. I have included a picture of the webpage, link wont work, cause it wont display the data.

You would have to parse the webpage with some code.
