Extra Button

Hi there

when i set the X,Y of a button on a form, it seems only relative to the actual form area (under the blue title bar at the top), I was wondering if there is any way to over-ride this and place a button ON the blue bar, or even better to add one next to the minimise button.

Any help is appreciated.
