Button "decoration"

How can I put a small icon in the left of the button's caption?
To be more specific, have the button and in it to have an icon and some text.

you can have an icon and text by making the buttons style graphical, but it puts the icon on top and not to the left. You could always add the text to your icon (in a graphics package) to make it appear as you like
