Sticky windows

Does any one know of any good code for making sticky windows. That is windows that stick to one another.

Are we talking about windows that snap together when they are within a certain distance of each other, ala Winamp?

The post of mine had been made long before the Code Library existed. I've added a sticky windows project to my list of things to do, and maybe within one or two weeks it'll show up in the Code Library. For all of you who posted your email addresses keep checking in for a link to the code or a post in the Code Library.
