How do you put strips of color into a combo box? (eg like the color combo on this new thread page)

They need to be able to be read by an rtf box.

And also, how do you have a different font for every list item in a combo? (eg like the combo font selector in word xp/2000)

Again, it needs to be able to be read by an rtf box.

(for those that dont know... every font in the xp/2000 word has its own font as the font for its list item.)

You could do some subclassing (www.elitevb.com) or use (free) control made by others:

Thanks vey much! I gather that making one's own control would be difficult and take ages, hey?

Ah... thankyou! I can never find what I'm after on the web! I use google, but the controls it comes up with are really expensive!

Thanks again! Hope you have a nice day!
