Picture left of the command button text

Is there any way that picture on a command button is placed on the left of the text, not above the text?

I have a bit of troubles with the control though - when I add a picture (an icon) of the size od 16x16 it is automatically stretched to 32x32 pixels.

Am I doing something wrong?
