how to resize the toolbar?

hello...
how to resize a toolbar? i found a example on the internet, and that one can resize the toolbar, even can add a label on it... but i try to follow all attribute and properties on that example... but it still doesn't work to me... please help

Here is a quick easy workaround for resizing a toolbar. Put a frame on the form where you want the toolbar to appear and make it the size you want the toolbar to be. Set the border style of the frame to 0-None. Put your toolbar on this instead of the form and you can just move and size the frame accordingly.
