Excel in VB 6.0

I have n number of regons in Excel,I wann to read them one by one through VB 6.0.
Ho can i Read them?
Can u please help me

See I have data in Excel which consist of 3/4 regions.

Empty Row

so here are 3 regions in Excel.

Now i want to read them.
