skinning forms

i am trying to change the vb application form skin, can anyone knows where i can download such components? or any site that'' provide help.

i recently downloaded an application but it has "GraphicaMenu.ocx" missing so it refuses to run, is anyone familiar with this ocx?

as i saw from the screen shot it has a great interface.
